СʪƵ welcomes latest cohort of its senior leader programme

Managers nationwide are advancing their careers by enrolling in the Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) programme at СʪƵ Leicester (СʪƵ).

Since its launch in 2018, the course has supported more than 230 learners, delivered in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This work-based programme lasts between 18 and 24 months, and is tailored for professional strategic leaders in private, public, and third- sector organisations, and for individuals who lead, manage and direct organisations.

Learners blend on-the-job experience with academic learning on campus and enhance their work through independent study with support from senior staff at their workplaces.
